Geo and his team made my vision of my renovated bathroom come to life! Not only did I have a dysfunctional space, they transformed it into functional and beautiful!

This is our 3rd renovation with GR Home. Obviously, we are quite pleased!

Geo, Ody and the team were a pleasure to work with and gave me great confidence in their workmanship, pricing, schedule and follow-through on multiple back-to-back projects in our downtown Franklin home in January 2026. We had water damage repair in the master bathroom, a remodel of the master shower and also tree removal and gutter replacement. The overall management of each of the jobs exceeded my expectations. Geo personally came out promptly to address minor follow-up items to my satisfaction. The team takes a lot of pride in their work and showed respect for my time by working full days and being dedicated to the completion of my job on schedule.

They do great work, and the boss continually inspects it. They have done several jobs for us with the latest being a total bathroom renovation. The tiling turned out great, and we have had lots of compliments. In fact, people are asking for their number.

Wow, we just worked with GR on a 2nd project, and they are Amazing. We are SO thankful to have a team we trust for all our renovation needs. They are honest, considerate, and respectful of our home…while producing top-quality results at a Very fair price. They just tackled the one room we had never touched…our vintage ‘93 upstairs Jack-n-Jill bathroom. I was referred to GR Home Specialist from my plumbing company. GR Home did an amazing job repairing 15 holes in my drywall in less than 3 days. They did such good work that you can't even tell that my home was cut apart as they matched the paint and drywall perfectly. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

We were told about GR Home Specialist through our plumber and it turned out to be the most fortuitous thing that could have happened. We used their services in December for painting, new sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and tile work and they did every single one with complete expertise and in a timely fashion. We were so impressed we asked them to help remodel our kitchen in January and they did an incredible job there too. We will DEFINATELY be using them for everything moving forward and we could not recommend them more!

Very professional team. Geo is an amazing craftsman and his crew is great. They are on time, work hard and complete the job as agreed. They also clean up after the done is done, so you are not dealing with construction debris. Geo built us an amazing two tier deck in my backyard and gave my house a complete face lift with a beautiful new porch in the front. I have him scheduled to install flooring throughout my house next month and additional landscaping in the spring. They can do it all. Highly Recommend!

Quality workmanship, strong carpentry and cabinet work skills. Awesome job! Love the added floor to ceiling cabinet. My microwave is now inside that cabinet, it has pocket doors and easy to hide away when I’m done. Thank you!

Almost 6 months ago my wife and I experienced major water damage on the first floor of our house, it was completely gutted. We hired a contractor who had no idea what he was doing and had to sever the contract. It was a stressful time. In steps GR Home Specialist and Mr. Geo to take on our project. It took Mr. Geo and his team less than one month to complete a project that our precious contractor had been working on for 5 months with no real results.
